Sentences are of Five kinds:

• Assertive sentence: The sentence which expresses the general statements is the assertive sentence. (The assertive sentences are of Two kinds.)
• Affirmative sentence: Example: He regularly goes to college. Fisherman catches fish.
• Negative sentence: He does not
• Interrogative sentence:
• Imperative sentence: The sentence which expresses the Order, the Advice, request, forbid and propose is called Imperative sentence.

• Optative sentence: The sentence which expresses Wish and Prayer is called Optative sentence.
• Structure: wish

May our Presedent live long.

• Exclamatory sentence:

Structure: What+a/an+adjective+noun+sub(it)+verb(is)+exclamatory mark(!)

What a beautiful bird it is!
